We had the best experience at Shakey's! We had a large group of 50+ and Samuel and his team were extremely accommodating; we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The food was delicious, the service unbeatable, and our group was really happy here.

Picked Shakeys for a mother son date since my son loves pizza and arcade games. I could already tell I personally was going to feel uncomfortable because it felt so hot in there. Ordered our food and got told it was going to take about 40 minutes which I kinda understood since there was 2 large groups already there when we got there. I figured we could play arcade games while we waited. Unfortunately one of the large parties was a kids basketball group and they were very rowdy in the small arcade section which made it a bit not enjoyable. Luckily after a while a worker asked them to stop (which the adult that was with them should have told them to and not recorded instead) other families and I could enjoy the arcade without being bumped into by the basketball team playing football in the arcade. After a while we went to check on our table and happily sat down to eat. We played more games until we ran out of credits and went to exchange our points for prizes. There was no one at the counter so we asked a worker and Neveah helped my son and I. She was absolutely wonderful and patient. My son can sometimes ramble and she just let him go on without rushing him which I appreciated. Depe

Been coming to shakeys since I was younger and i’ve always loved it. We mostly come to this location for the amazing service and clean dining room. I do want to mention the cashier that was at the front last time we went, I had told her I wish they had a tip system because I didn’t have cash and she said i could tip her with a review! 😂 Her name is Andrea and she has like curly hair. Every time my family and I come in, she’s almost always there. She never fails to welcome us with a smile and is beyond helpful when she sees us struggling to decide on what to get and offers us the deals they have. We had noticed her prior to this last visit because she is everywhere! From cashier, to serving the food, to cleaning the tables, AND in game room. Not to mention, she’s bilingual so she and my wife were able to have a nice conversation. My daughter said she talked to her in the game room and said she was patient and kind with all the kids. Also, shoutout to her coworkers that were with her that day! Rob, jocelyn, and naveah. I made sure to write their names down too. Great teamwork between them all! Manager definitely runs a tight ship

We won’t be coming here again. They weren’t busy. Ordered at 3:55pm. Whoever is staffed during this shift time needs an evaluation. We waited 40 minutes for an individual pizza and a half order of mojos. They told me it’ll be 20-25 minutes. So after waiting they got the pizza wrong and placed olives on my pizza. I explained that I waited 40 minutes already and we want our pizza remade. Took em about 15 minutes. Another experience I had was at the salad bar. Besides the green bell pepper not being cut right, and the jellow in big ol’ chunks, the peaches were so rotten, spoiled, expired. Whatever you want to call it. They were brown and tasted nasty!! I told the guy at the front about my experiences and he didn’t seem like he cared. He told me he’d replace the peaches. That’s it. Bro, I just had nasty taste in my mouth because of your negligence! No offer for some water or anything. So, no urgency, no care. Didn’t even communicate with his fellow co workers to replace em. The thing is. These people are obviously not capable to observe and evaluate the food they are serving. Just to be knowledgeable about visual inspection is common sense. So disappointing. My family and I won’t be co
